Job Title

Responsibilities

  • Assist in recruiting, interviewing, and hiring staff.
  • Manage employee onboarding and orientation.
  • Administer employee benefits programs (health, retirement, etc.).
  • Handle employee relations, addressing issues and concerns.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Maintain employee records and HR databases.
  • Assist in performance management processes.
  • Support training and development initiatives.
  • Conduct exit interviews and assist with employee separations.

Skills/Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience as an HR Generalist or in similar roles.
  • Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
  • Proficiency in HR software and MS Office.
