Manager Company: Feroke Boards Ltd (Feroply) Location: Inkel Green City, Malappuram, Kerala Job Type: Full-Time Industry: plywood Manufacturing Job Overview: Feroke Boards Ltd (Feroply), a leading name in the plywood and Door industry, is looking for a reliable and experienced HR Manager to oversee worker recruitment and HR compliance, especially for migrant labour. The ideal candidate should be fluent in Hindi, knowledgeable in ESI/PF procedures, and willing to travel for recruitment. We are looking for someone who seeks long-term growth with the company. Key Responsibilities: Communicate effectively in Hindi with migrant workers and candidates. Handle recruitment drives, including field visits to source and onboard migrant workers. Oversee and manage ESI (Employee State Insurance) and PF (Provident Fund) processes. Ensure full compliance with labour laws and HR regulations. Maintain employee records, contracts, and legal documentation. Coordinate with labour contractors, recruitment agents, and field offices. Support worker grievance redressal and general HR activities. Contribute to building a stable and long-term workforce. Candidate Requirements: Fluent in Hindi – Must be able to communicate with workers from North and Central India. Minimum 3 years of HR experience, preferably in industries employing migrant labour.* Strong knowledge of ESI, PF, and Indian labour laws. Willingness to travel frequently for recruitment and worker engagement. Looking for a long-term position with commitment and growth mindset. Good communication, coordination, and documentation skills. Educational Qualification Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or Social Work. Additional certifications in labour law or HR compliance will be a plus.
