Job Description

The HR Assistant will support day-to-day HR functions at the branch, including attendance tracking, leave management, recruitment coordination, and employee documentation. This role ensures smooth HR operations and compliance with company policies at the branch level.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain employee records and attendance at the branch
  • Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and exit formalities
  • Coordinate training and staff communication
  • Support payroll inputs and leave management
  • Handle employee queries and escalate as needed

Requirements:

  • Graduate in HR or related field
  • 0–2 years of experience in HR or admin support
  • Good communication and MS Office skills
  • Local language proficiency preferred

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
