Job Description

As an HR Assistant at our company, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Human Resources department. Your responsibilities will include: - Assisting in the recruitment process by sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, coordinating with candidates, and following up. - Maintaining employee records, databases, and HR documentation. - Supporting onboarding and induction processes for new hires. - Handling employee queries regarding HR policies and procedures. - Supporting employee engagement activities and HR initiatives. - Ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies. - Preparing HR reports and assisting in audits when required. To excel in this role, you should meet the following qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. - 2 years of proven experience as an HR Assistant/HR Executive. - Strong organizational and multitasking skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS tools. Please note that fluency in Telugu, Hindi, and English is required for this position. The job type is full-time, and the work location is in person at Warangal, Telangana.,
