Job Summary The Warden-cum-Mobilizer is responsible for managing day-to-day operations of the residential facility and mobilizing beneficiaries from the community for enrollment in programs. The role combines administrative supervision, student/beneficiary welfare, and community outreach. Key ResponsibilitiesA. Warden Responsibilities Ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of the hostel/residential facility Maintain discipline, safety, and cleanliness of the premises Supervise residents and address their concerns and grievances Maintain attendance, registers, and resident records Coordinate food, housekeeping, and maintenance services Ensure compliance with rules, policies, and safety guidelines Act as the primary point of contact for residents and management Handle emergencies and provide first-level support when required B.
