Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • HR spoc for end to end third party employee (600 Nos) life cycle management .
  • Maintain and coordinate attendance records for both on-roll and off-roll employees.
  • Manage contractual / apprentice hiring and related documentation.
  • Coordinate and manage 3rd party/contractual for payroll consolidation.
  • Support the HR team in daily operational activities, employee engagement and compliance requirements.
  • Assist in smooth execution of HR processes and ensure timely reporting.
  • Drive HR projects & initiatives to enhance employee experience for contractual workforce

Skills & Competencies:

  • Basic knowledge about Labour laws in India
  • Strong coordination and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel (data handling, reporting, analysis).
  • Multilingual communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work under tight timelines.
  • Detail-oriented with good problem-solving ability.
