Qualifications: * Must be MBA (HR) qualified (Female candidates only Requirement) Language Skills Required: * Must be proficient in Odia, Hindi, and English communication. * Must be able to draft professional emails in English. Roles and Responsibilities: * Assist the HR Manager in day-to-day activities. * Arrange and organize daily meetings as per the schedule. * Conduct daily training sessions for employees through Zoom meetings. * Prepare daily reports and submit them to the Senior Manager. * Handle employee queries and support HR operations effectively. * Maintain records of meetings, training sessions, and employee performance. * Actively participate in hiring processes, documentation, and onboarding tasks. Skills Required: * Excellent verbal communication skills. * Good email writing and professional correspondence ability in English. * Smart, energetic, and presentable personality. * Ability to multitask and work under deadlines. Salary: * Salary will be based on candidate’s skills, experience, and industry standards.
