As an HR Assistant at our Kalyan location, you will play a vital role in supporting the HR team. We are looking for individuals who possess a BMS/PG/MBA qualification. Prior experience in the service industry or school background is preferred, however, freshers are also welcome to apply. This is a full-time position with a day shift schedule. Key Responsibilities: - Providing administrative support to the HR department - Assisting with recruitment processes - Managing employee records and documentation - Coordinating HR projects as needed - Ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures To be successful in this role, you should have excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
