Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, coordinate, and follow up on internal and external training programs.
  • Communicate effectively with trainers, participants, and vendors to ensure smooth training delivery.
  • Create and share training-related communication (emails, schedules, feedback forms).
  • Collect and analyze training feedback; generate improvement reports.
  • Assist in end-to-end recruitment (job posting, calling, scheduling, follow-ups).
  • Support HR operations like documentation, data management, reports and presentations.

Required Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Management, or a related field
