Job Description

Key roles and responsibilities

  • Assist in creating and posting job openings on job portals, social media, and internal platforms.
  • Source potential candidates through online channels (LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, etc.).
  • Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
  • Conduct initial telephonic screening to assess basic qualifications and fit.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and job application records.
  • Support in offer rollouts, pre-joining communication, and onboarding activities.
  • Promote a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Assist in HR projects and employer branding initiatives as required.
  • Salary Payroll calculation and computation
  • Travel and accomodation arrangements
  • Build a positive work environment and culture by bridging the gap between employees and management

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
