Job Summary The HR Executive/Manager will be responsible for managing end-to-end Human Resource operations with a focus on Payroll Management, Statutory Compliance, and Recruitment . The role ensures smooth HR functioning, adherence to labor laws, and supports organizational growth through effective talent acquisition. Key Responsibilities1. Payroll Management Manage end-to-end payroll processing in coordination with the Finance team. Verify attendance, leave records, overtime, and deductions. Ensure timely salary disbursement and accurate payslips. Handle full & final settlements and maintain payroll records. Manage income tax, TDS, PF, ESIC, Gratuity, and other deductions. 2. Statutory Compliance Ensure compliance with all labor laws (PF, ESI, Shops & Establishments, Gratuity, Bonus, Maternity, etc.). Maintain statutory registers and submit periodic returns. Liaise with statutory bodies and auditors for inspections or audits. Stay updated on amendments to HR-related legislation and ensure timely implementation. 3. Recruitment & Onboarding Manage end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, interviews, offers). Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements. Conduct reference checks and issue offer/appointment letters. Design and execute onboarding & induction programs for new hires. 4. HR Operations Maintain employee records, HRMS data, and personal files. Manage employee lifecycle events (confirmation, promotion, transfers, exits). Support performance appraisal cycles and employee engagement initiatives. Handle employee queries related to HR policies, payroll, and benefits. Key Skills & Competencies Strong knowledge of payroll systems and statutory compliances. Experience in end-to-end recruitment (blue-collar & white-collar). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented, organized, and confidential with sensitive data. Proficiency in HRMS software and MS Excel.
