Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Manage the entire recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of candidates.
  • Assist in drafting and implementing HR policies and procedures to ensure consistency across all branches.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure statutory and compliance-related requirements are met.
  • Coordinate and facilitate employee relations activities to foster a positive work environment.
  • Assist in developing and implementing retention strategies to reduce employee turnover.
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee queries regarding HR policies and procedures.
  • Provide general administrative support and coordinate office administration activities as required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
