Sea Freight Pricing

Provide clients with regular updates on shipment status, anticipated timelines, and any changes that may impact delivery.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and arrange bookings with shipping lines for sea exports, ensuring adherence to client timelines and requirements.
• Prepare and verify all necessary export documentation, including bills of lading, invoices, packing lists, and certificates as required by destination countries.
• Ensure all shipments comply with relevant international shipping and customs regulations, completing customs declarations as needed.
• Address and resolve issues such as delays, discrepancies, or damages by coordinating with internal teams, carriers, and clients.
• Identify and suggest process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction and optimize shipment handling.
• Serve as the main liaison for clients, understanding their shipping requirements, providing guidance, and offering timely updates on shipment status.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
