1. Recruitment and Onboarding:

  • Sourcing and Screening Candidates:HR professionals identify and attract qualified candidates through various channels, such as job boards, social media, and employee referrals. They also screen applications and conduct initial interviews to narrow down the pool of applicants.
  • Interviewing and Selection:HR works with hiring managers to conduct interviews, assess candidates' skills and cultural fit, and make hiring decisions.
  • Onboarding New Employees:HR manages the process of welcoming new hires, providing them with necessary paperwork, company information, and introductions to their teams and colleagues.

2. Compensation and Benefits:
