Identifying and resolving ERP-related issues, bugs, and user tickets Creating and maintaining user manuals, documentation, and generating reports as needed. Must have hands- on experience with Farvison ERP, Including specific like CRM, Procurement, Engineering & Accounts. Desired Candidate Profile Bachelor degree in any field (preference will be given to candidate from IT background) 2-3 years of experience with ERP Systems (with real-estate / construction industry) Hands-on experience in implementing, customizing, and supporting Farvision ERP, including specific modules like CRM, Procurement, or Accounts.
