Job Purpose:

To support the smooth functioning of HR operations at the plant level by managing administrative tasks, employee services, statutory compliance, and coordination of HR initiatives in alignment with company policies and labor laws.

Key Responsibilities:

  • HR Operations & Administration

    • Maintain and update employee records (attendance, leaves, personal files, etc.) CW
    • Manage onboarding and exit formalities for plant employees
    • Coordinate with payroll team for timely and accurate salary processing
    • Handle time office functions including biometric attendance and shift rosters and gate passes
  • Compliance & Statutory Requirements

    • Ensure adherence to labor laws and factory act provisions
    • Maintain statutory registers and coordinate inspections (PF, ESI, Gratuity, etc.)
    • Liaise with government authorities and external auditors as needed
    • Coordinate with Client for compliances accuracy
  • Employee Engagement & Welfare

    • Support implementation of employee welfare schemes and engagement activities
  •  Reporting & Documentation
    • Prepare HR MIS reports, dashboards, and compliance trackers
    • Maintain documentation for audits and internal reviews
  • Qualifications & Skills:

    • Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred)
    • 24 years of experience in HR administration, preferably in a manufacturing plant
    • Knowledge of Indian labor laws and statutory compliance
    • Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS systems
    • Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
    • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced industrial environment
  • Working Conditions:
    • Plant-based role with exposure to shop floor and production areas
