HR Administrator

As an integral part of the HR team, you will be responsible for maintaining and updating employee records and HR databases in an accurate and timely manner. You will play a key role in assisting with recruitment processes by scheduling interviews and supporting the onboarding of new employees. Your attention to detail will be crucial as you prepare various HR documents such as offer letters, contracts, and policy updates. Additionally, you will be involved in supporting performance appraisal cycles and contributing to training initiatives aimed at enhancing employee development. Your commitment to ensuring compliance with labor laws and internal HR policies will be essential in maintaining a fair and respectful work environment.
