HR Administrator

As a member of our team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems. You will provide valuable counseling on policies and procedures, ensuring that our organization operates in compliance with established guidelines. Your responsibilities will also include active involvement in recruitment activities such as preparing job descriptions, posting advertisements, and managing the hiring process. In this role, you will be tasked with creating and implementing effective onboarding plans to facilitate the smooth integration of new employees into our workforce. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to develop training and development programs that contribute to the growth and success of our team members. Your contributions will extend to assisting in performance management processes and supporting the management of disciplinary and grievance issues as needed. It will be essential for you to maintain accurate employee records, including attendance and EEO data, in accordance with company policy and legal requirements. A thorough understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures will be beneficial in ensuring legal compliance within the organization. Proficiency in MS Office is required, and knowledge of HRMS will be considered a plus. This is a full-time position suitable for candidates at the fresher level.
