HR Administrator

As an HR Administrator at our company, your role involves leading and managing the strategic Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, and Learning & Development functions across all business verticals in India and the UAE. Your responsibilities include ensuring seamless HR operations, aligning HR strategies with business goals, and driving organizational growth through people-centric initiatives. Key Responsibilities: - Manage and oversee strategic Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, and Learning & Development functions across all verticals of the Company in India and the UAE. - Oversee performance management of all Business Units and advise Management on post-performance management strategy. - Ensure the Talent Acquisition function meets recruitment deadlines by overseeing the TA strategy. - Develop and manage comprehensive HR Policies and Procedures for implementation across all verticals. - Handle employee grievances and adhoc matters, fostering positive Employee Relations. - Collaborate with Senior Leaders in strategic decision-making processes. - Implement strategic guidelines for disciplinary procedures management. - Manage employee onboarding formalities, training programs, and HRMS system. - Enhance the L&D Division into a revenue-generating department with successful revenue earning. - Oversee employee engagement activities across India, including innovative initiatives like "The Summit". Qualifications Required: - Previous experience in leading HR functions and managing Talent Acquisition and Learning & Development. - Strong knowledge of HR Policies and Procedures implementation. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders effectively. - Experience in driving employee engagement initiatives.
