Job Summary:
The Office Administrator will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of the Bangalore office by handling administrative operations, coordinating with internal teams and vendors, and supporting HR and facilities-related activities. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proactive communication to maintain an efficient and professional work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Receive, distribute, and maintain records of laptops and other equipment for Ditto employees.
Assist with invoice processing, expense reporting, and related documentation.
Liaise with the HR team to coordinate facility-related requirements and office operations.
Support planning and logistics for offsite and onsite events, including domestic travel and hotel arrangements.
Manage courier dispatches, receipts, and tracking.
Manage vendor relationships — including placing orders, coordinating deliveries, and ensuring timely follow-ups.
Maintain accurate inventory and upkeep of company assets (both IT and non-IT).
Coordinate interview logistics for the Bangalore office in collaboration with HR and recruitment teams.
Perform other ad hoc administrative and operational tasks as required to support the Bangalore office.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
Ensure timely and accurate execution of all administrative tasks.
Demonstrate working knowledge of computers, laptops, and other basic IT equipment.
Communicate and coordinate proactively with internal and external stakeholders.
Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions and documentation.
Exhibit strong multitasking and prioritization abilities in a dynamic work environment.
Display flexibility to support occasional after-hours or weekend events, as required.
Our Interview Process:
