Role & Responsibilities Manage full-cycle recruitment: job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer letters, onboarding. Maintain accurate employee records (contracts, attendance, leaves, personal data) in physical and digital formats. Administer payroll inputs (attendance, leaves, reimbursements) in coordination with finance. Serve as first point of contact for employee queries (leave policy, benefits, HR procedures). Develop, update and implement HR & admin policies (leave, WFH, code of conduct). Coordinate day-to-day office administration: vendor management, supplies, equipment, facility logistics. Track HR metrics and generate reports (hiring status, attrition, attendance trends). Ensure compliance with labour laws, statutory filings and maintain confidentiality of HR data. Support team culture, employee engagement initiatives, onboarding & off-boarding processes. Manage general admin operations: office asset allocation, procurement, print, travel arrangements, meeting logistics, mail/courier handling. Maintain office record-keeping: vendors, service contracts, office lease/facility coordination, IT hardware inventory. Liaise with external service providers (maintenance, cleaning, security, etc.), and supervise office upkeep and utilities. Preferred candidate profile 2-5 years of HR & Admin experience, preferably in an e-commerce, digital media or retail brand environment. Proven experience recruiting for digital/e-commerce roles (such as digital marketing, social media, e-commerce operations, content creation). Good understanding of e-commerce workflows, online sales dynamics and digital media functionsable to identify relevant talent for those domains. Strong organisation and multitasking skills; able to manage multiple hiring processes concurrently. Excellent verbal & written communication; high integrity and ability to handle confidential information. Working knowledge of labour laws, HR systems/HRMS and admin operations. Comfortable in a fast-paced, growth-oriented start-up setting; proactive and adaptable. Bonus: Experience using recruitment tools/ATS, sourcing passive candidates in digital/e-commerce space and employer branding for digital roles.
