Job Description

ROLES,

1. Admin Activities.

& Security Management

& Canteen & its related matters

& Coordinating all outside activities

& Organising all sports events and other national festival celebration.

& Providing F & B Services for all seminars, training programmes and board meetings. & Furniture and assets Management

& Building general maintenance & Cobweb Cleaning of premises & Pest control service

& Water Management

& Responsible for carpentry and plumbing activities.

& Employee Transportation & its related matters.

& Admin bill processing.

& Company vehicles management

& GPS tracking of all company vehicles. & Taxi booking and monitoring.

2. Contract Labour Management

& Responsible for Recruitment of Contract Labours &. Monitoring the attendance of Contract Labours & Verification of Contractor bills

& Ensure Payment, Over Time, Shift Allowance and other payments are given to the Contract Labours from time to time.

3. Event Management

& Coordination for Day Out and Hoshin Kanri activities.

& Responsible for Festival Celebration, Get together, Sports activities.

& Coordination for organising prizes for Kaizen, Safety Day and other events organised by the Company.

4. F&B Service

& Guest Management

& Providing & maintaining hygiene Food and Beverages.

5. Housekeeping :

& House Keeping Management

& Coordinating with housekeeping employees and agency

6. Other Activities

& Uniform, Shoes and Socks arrangements. & Canteen co-ordination with TTPI.

& Ensure all the vendors, suppliers bills are submitted to Finance on time and follow up for payment.

& Ensure Service Provider, Vendor & Supplier agreements are done on time. & Any other responsibilities assigned by the Management time to time.

& TGSIN may amend the reporting structure and/or duties and responsibilities as per the business requirement of the Company.

& CC TV footage verification

& Company boards and Display management & Apartment Management


4.2 Qualitative

& Employee satisfaction due to availability of proper amenities to facilitate their productivity.

& Quality consciousness

& Cost consciousness

5. Authority (Level of authority exercised to represent the function/department/organisation)

& Authorised to choose the quality vendor in consultation with DGM HR. & Authorised to book the cab as per the policy of the Company.

& All other assignments assigned by the company from time to time.
