HR Admin

Role & responsibilities:

Employee Data Management:

• Maintain and update employee records and databases.
• Ensure data accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations.
• Process employee on boarding and off boarding paperwork.

HR Systems and Technology:

• Administer HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and other HR software.
• ATTENDANCE REPORT
• Generate HR reports and analytics as needed.

Benefits Administration:

• Petty Cash Handling.
• Assist employees with benefit enrollment and related inquiries.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with benefit regulations.

Compliance and Policies:

• Assist in HR policy development and updates.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
• Support audits and reporting related to HR compliance.

Employee Relations:

• Handle routine employee inquiries and concerns.
• Collaborate with HR Business Partners to address employee issues.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions.

Documentation and Recordkeeping:

• Create and maintain HR documentation, including employee handbooks and policies.
• Manage personnel files and records retention.

Training and Development:

• Coordinate employee training programs and initiatives.
• Assist in the development of training materials.

Recruitment Support:

• Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and conducting background checks when necessary.

HR Projects and Reporting:

• Participate in HR projects, such as process improvements and system implementations.
• Generate HR reports and analytics for management.
