Relationship Manager (TPD-IPO & MF) Marwadi Shares and Finance Limited. Marwadi was established in 1992 at Rajkot, Gujarat. It is a well-diversified group into Financial Services, Education and Solar energy. Currently employing more than 2000 employees as a Group. Marwadi Financial Services is the financial services arm of the Marwadi Group and is having 800 plus employees across 104 location around Gujarat and neighboring states. There are also in excess of 1450 franchisees as a part of their network. Leveraging the network and their world class product and services they have a 4.1L customer base. Job Purpose: Marwadi Financial Services is looking for an experienced Relationship Manager for our broking firm, As a Sales person, his / her primary responsibility is to sell our TPD products to all clients introduced through him/her or activated through him/her. Requirements: Qualification: Graduate /MBA (Marketing or Finance) + NISM VA (AMFI) certified Experience: Minimum 03 Year experience; preferably in the financial products distribution field Location: Ahmedabad Responsibilities: Core responsibility will be to source TPD business which includes responsibility to complete his targets and support all branches and associated partners mapped in achieving the same. To provide product knowledge to team members of branches and APs To provide timely training and keep branches and AP;s updated regarding any new products like Insurance, NPS, PMS, NFO etc To meet customers of branches and APs and convert business from them To help branches and AP’s during IPO’s in terms of providing forms and ensuring timely bidding To visit all branches and AP’s on regular basis and keep them updated about market on goings To stay updated about funds and help customers in building their portfolio To acquire new customers from market for MF Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Problem Solving or Analysis skill. Business conversion ability Should be Accurate and responsible Should posses Industry and Market knowledge
