Raza Group is seeking an experienced HR & Admin Manager to manage recruitment, human resource operations, and administrative functions. The role requires strong people management, discipline, and organizational skills to ensure smooth internal coordination and compliance.
• Handle recruitment and staffing requirements
• Implement and manage HR policies and procedures
• Coordinate payroll processing and employee records
• Manage employee relations and day-to-day HR operations
• Oversee administrative activities and office management
• Support compliance-related tasks and documentation
• Prepare reports and ensure smooth internal coordination
• 5–7 years of experience in HR and administration roles
• Strong people management and organisational skills
• Experience handling recruitment, payroll coordination, and HR operations
• Disciplined, structured, and detail-oriented approach
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and internal coordination
