HR & Administration

Support HR team in implementing administrative policies and procedures.
Oversee employee welfare-related facilities such as cafeteria, transport, and office premises.
Handle administrative documentation and compliance.

Housekeeping & Facility Management

Supervise housekeeping staff and ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and upkeep of office premises.
Conduct regular facility inspections and ensure timely maintenance.
Implement workplace safety, health, and environment practices.

Vendor & Contract Management

Manage vendor selection, negotiation, and performance monitoring.
Draft, review, and manage service contracts and agreements.
Ensure cost optimization and timely vendor payments.

Security Management

Oversee security services, surveillance systems, and access control.
Coordinate with external security agencies.
Implement safety drills and emergency response protocols.

Transport & Logistics Management

Manage employee transport facilities including cab/vehicle arrangements.
Coordinate logistics for office operations, events, and business travel.
Ensure compliance with transport regulations and company policies.
