HR & Admin Executive

Job Title: HR Admin Experience: 2–3 Years Location: Sitapura, Jaipur Job Overview: We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Admin with 2–3 years of experience, especially in contractor and vendor coordination and management. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and organizational skills and a proactive approach to supporting day-to-day HR and administrative operations. Key Responsibilities: Manage and coordinate with external contractors and vendors for facility, services, and manpower requirements. Maintain vendor records, contracts, and ensure timely renewals and compliance. Assist in onboarding, documentation, and exit formalities of employees and contractors. Maintain attendance records, leave management, and employee database. Support in organizing employee engagement activities and internal communications. Handle day-to-day administrative tasks, including office supplies, logistics, and coordination with other departments. Ensure compliance with company policies and local labour regulations. Required Skills & Qualifications: Graduate or Postgraduate in Human Resources or related field. 2–3 years of relevant HR and administrative experience. Hands-on experience in contractor and vendor management is a must. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Proficient in MS Office and HR software/tools.
