HR Admin

About Eclat: Eclat is a leading baby products company, committed to creating safe, comfortable, and innovative solutions for parents and their little ones. We are looking for an HR Admin who will act as the first point of contact for HR Admin-related queries from employees and external partners. Your main administrative duties will include maintaining personnel records, managing HR documents (e.g. employment records and onboarding guides), updating internal databases, finding suitable candidates for available openings, conducting initial rounds of interviews, and overseeing daily office clerical work. The ideal candidate for this role should have experience with HR procedures and be able to handle various administrative tasks in a timely manner. Additional Responsibilities include: - Recruitment Full Life Cycle - Updating internal databases such as recording sick or maternity leave - Preparing HR documents like employment contracts and new hire guides - Revising company policies - Liaising with external partners such as insurance vendors and ensuring legal compliance - Creating regular reports and presentations on HR metrics like turnover rates - Responding to employees" queries on HR-related issues - Arranging travel accommodations and processing expense forms - Participating in HR projects such as organizing job fair events - Managing Employee Performance Matrix This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits including cell phone reimbursement, paid time off, yearly bonus, and day shift schedule. The ability to commute or relocate to Ahmedabad, Gujarat is required. The educational requirement for this role is a Bachelor's degree, along with 3 years of experience in HR, 5 years of total work experience, 3 years of experience in recruiting, and 3 years of experience in office management.
