Job Description

We are seeking a multi-skilled Candidate who can oversee Human Resources, Marketing, and Finance functions to support the overall growth of our real estate plotting business. The candidate will manage recruitment, lead generation, sales support, brand promotion, financial planning, and compliance, ensuring smooth coordination across departments. Key Roles & Responsibilities 1. Human Resources (HR)Recruit and onboard sales, operations, and support staff. Implement HR policies, payroll management, and employee engagement. Handle employee performance tracking, training, and grievance management. Ensure compliance with labour laws and statutory obligations. 2. Marketing & Business DevelopmentPlan and execute marketing campaigns (digital + offline) for plot sales. Manage social media, website updates, Google Ads, and property portal listings. Coordinate with brokers, channel partners, and agencies for lead generation. Create sales brochures, layouts, presentations, and WhatsApp marketing materials. Track lead conversions and support the sales team with marketing insights. 3. Finance & AccountsPrepare and manage budgets Monitor collections, vendor payments, and financial documentation. Coordinate with banks for project funding, customer loans, and EMI schemes. Maintain compliance with taxation, GST, RERA, and auditing requirements. Optimize cost control measures for higher project profitability.
