Job Description

  • Maintain accurate employee records, including personal information, employment history, and
  • performance evaluations.
  • Update and manage the HR database, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
  • Prepare and maintain employee files and documentation, both physical and electronic.
  • Recruitment Support:
  • Assist in the recruitment process by coordinating interviews, scheduling candidates, and communicating
  • with hiring managers.
  • Prepare and distribute job advertisements and manage job postings on relevant platforms.
  • Collect and screen resumes, and maintain an organized applicant tracking system.
  • Coordinate pre-employment checks, including background checks and reference verifications.
  • Onboarding and Offboarding:
  • Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing offer letters, employment contracts,
  • and new hire paperwork.
  • Conduct orientation sessions and ensure all required forms and documents are completed.
  • Process employee terminations, including exit interviews, finalizing paperwork, and updating relevant
  • systems.
  • Benefits and Leave Administration:
  • Assist employees with inquiries related to benefits programs, such as health insurance, retirement plans,
  • and time-off policies.
  • Facilitate the administration of employee leaves of absence, including medical, parental, and vacation
  • leaves.
  • Maintain accurate records of employee leave balances and ensure compliance with applicable laws and
  • policies.
  • HR Policies and Compliance:
  • Support the implementation and enforcement of HR policies and procedures.
  • Stay updated on relevant employment laws and regulations and ensure compliance within HR
  • operations.
  • Assist in conducting HR audits to identify areas for improvement and recommend corrective actions.
  • Employee Relations:
  • Provide support in resolving employee inquiries and issues related to HR policies, benefits, and other
  • employment matters.
  • Maintain effective communication with employees, managers, and external stakeholders regarding HR-
  • related information.
