Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:
Training & Corporate Communications
- Assess communication training needs across the organization (employees and leadership).
- Design and develop programs: writing, presentation skills, public speaking, interpersonal communication, feedback, listening, non-verbal communication.
- Deliver training (in-person / virtual) including workshops, role-plays, simulations.
- Collaborate with Corporate Communications to ensure internal messaging (newsletters, announcements, memos) uses consistent tone/voice.
- Review and help improve internal communications content for clarity, brand alignment, style, etc.
Recruitment Support / Activities
- Partner with recruiters / HR team in defining hiring needs with department heads.
- Help draft job descriptions, post job ads, source & screen candidates
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Participate in selection / shortlisting processes as required.
- Support onboarding of new hires: orientation, necessary documentation, initial training.
Ad Hoc Administrative & HR Operations Tasks
- Maintain HR records (employee files, attendance, leave, training records etc.).
- Prepare and process letters, certificates, offer letters as instructed.
- Assist in general HR administration: scheduling, reports, HR database updates.
- Support employee queries on HR policies, benefits, etc.
- Assist with logistics for training sessions (venue, materials, technology setup).
- Other tasks as assigned by management.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Experience:
2-7 years in HR, Learning & Development, Corporate Communications, or related field including experience in recruitment and HR administration.Education:
Bachelors degree in HR / Communications / English / Media / Business etc. (Masters or diploma/certification in HR/Training / Communications will be a plus)Communication Skills:
Should have experience as a Voice and Accent Trainer (U.S. and U.K. clients), Excellent written & verbal skills; ability to craft and deliver messages clearly, influence across levels of organization.Training Skills:
Comfortable delivering workshops, role-plays; strong facilitation; ability to design engaging content.Recruitment Knowledge:
Understanding of sourcing, screening, interviewing best practices; ability to support end-to-end recruitment tasks.Administrative Skills:
Organized, detail-oriented; good at handling paperwork, following up, managing records.Technological Proficiency:
Familiarity with ZOHO; MS Office, virtual meeting / presentation tools.Adaptability & Ownership:
Able to work independently, take ownership of tasks; comfortable with shifting intervals / schedules typical of night shift roles.
