JOB ROLE: MECHANICAL TRAINER

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and deliver training sessions on
mechanical engineering concepts
and
practical skills
.
Design and implement
curriculum, lesson plans, and training materials
.
Conduct
classroom lectures
and
hands-on workshop sessions
on topics such as machine tools, maintenance, and CAD software.
Train students in
SolidWorks
,
CATIA
, and
AutoCAD
.
Evaluate and assess student progress through tests, assignments, and practical assessments.
Ensure adherence to
safety standards and workshop protocols
during all sessions.
Provide guidance and mentoring to students for
career readiness
in mechanical design and manufacturing fields.
Stay updated with the latest developments and technologies in
mechanical engineering and CAD software
.
Coordinate with academic or training teams to improve the overall training quality.

Required Skills:

Strong knowledge of
Mechanical Engineering fundamentals
