Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Mechanical Trainer, located in Madurai. The Mechanical Trainer will be responsible for preparing and delivering technical training programs, creating and updating training material, and conducting assessments to measure participants’ progress. The role involves guiding trainees on mechanical principles, equipment handling, safety protocols, and troubleshooting techniques. The Mechanical Trainer will also provide feedback and mentorship to ensure participants gain the necessary skills and knowledge.

Qualifications

• Strong mechanical knowledge, including an understanding of mechanical systems, machine operations, and troubleshooting
• Experience in conducting training sessions, preparing training materials, and assessing learner performance
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging and instructing trainees
• Ability to mentor and guide participants with varying skill levels
• Knowledge of safety protocols and best practices in mechanical environments
• Relevant certifications or a degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
• Prior experience in a training or instructional role is highly desirable
