Mechanical Trainer

Job Summary:

Shikshaa Simple Learn is seeking experienced and enthusiastic Mechanical Trainers to deliver high-quality training on CATIA, ANSYS, and SolidWorks to students and professionals. The trainer will be responsible for designing course content, conducting practical sessions, and ensuring students gain hands-on proficiency in mechanical design and simulation tools.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct interactive and practical training sessions on CATIA, ANSYS, and SolidWorks.
• Develop and update course materials, projects, and assessments as per industry standards.
• Provide individual guidance and mentorship to students.
• Prepare students for real-world applications and career opportunities.
• Evaluate student progress and provide constructive feedback.
• Maintain a positive learning environment and ensure course objectives are met.
• Support marketing and demo sessions when required.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Education: BE/B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Software Proficiency: Strong knowledge in at least one of the following:
• CATIA
• ANSYS
• SolidWorks
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Passion for teaching and mentoring students.
• Industry or academic training experience preferred.
