Job Description

Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients and maintain long-term relationships.
Understand clients’ digital marketing goals and coordinate with internal teams to deliver campaigns effectively.
Monitor project progress, ensure timely delivery, and manage expectations.
Address client queries, concerns, and feedback promptly.
Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to expand account value.
Prepare regular performance reports and analytics for clients.
Collaborate with sales teams to assist in closing leads and renewing contracts.
Keep abreast of digital marketing trends to provide informed recommendations.
