Housing Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential properties in Gurgaon.
• Conduct site visits, negotiate deals, and ensure smooth transactions.
• Stay updated on market trends, pricing strategies, and upcoming projects.
• Develop and maintain relationships with property owners, builders, and clients.
• Prepare accurate documentation and ensure legal compliance for all transactions.
• Maintain customer satisfaction through after-sale support and service.

Requirements:

• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in the

  Gurgaon residential real estate market

• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business, or a related field (preferred).
• Strong knowledge of Gurgaon localities, projects, and housing demand.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and detail-oriented.
• Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office.
