Housing Specialist

As a Housing Specialist in our Gurgaon-based real estate firm, your primary responsibility will be to assist clients in finding and securing residential properties. You will be expected to conduct property visits, negotiate deals, and facilitate communication between landlords, brokers, and clients. Additionally, you will be responsible for preparing and managing lease/sale documentation and staying informed about the latest property trends in Gurgaon. To be successful in this role, you must have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a Gurgaon real estate firm. A strong understanding of the local housing market is essential, along with excellent communication and client-handling skills. Proficiency in real estate tools and documentation will also be advantageous.
