Housekeeping Supervisor

As a Hotel Housekeeping Supervisor, your primary responsibility will be to oversee and monitor the work activities of cleaning personnel to ensure a clean, orderly, and attractive environment for our guests. Your role will involve assigning duties, conducting inspections, and ensuring that all aspects meet industry standards while focusing on customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: - Train housekeepers on cleaning and maintenance tasks. - Supervise staff on a daily basis to maintain high cleaning standards. - Conduct regular checks of rooms, common areas, and public spaces to uphold cleanliness. - Schedule shifts and manage replacements in the event of absences. - Establish and educate staff on cleanliness, tidiness, and hygiene standards. - Motivate team members, address any job-related issues, and provide resolutions. - Address customer complaints and fulfill special requests promptly. - Monitor and restock cleaning products inventory, including floor cleaner, bleach, and rubber gloves. - Participate in large cleaning projects when needed. - Ensure strict compliance with safety and sanitation policies across all areas. - Manage room linen par stock and coordinate staff duties and schedules effectively. - Demonstrate leadership qualities to inspire and lead the housekeeping team.
