Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team at Al Habtoor. The ideal candidate will have 3-6 years of experience in the hospitality industry, with a strong background in housekeeping management.

Roles and Responsibility

Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the housekeeping team to ensure high standards of cleanliness and maintenance.
Develop and implement effective cleaning schedules and routines to meet the needs of guests and staff.
Conduct regular inspections to identify areas for improvement and provide feedback to team members.
Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring sufficient stock levels and timely replenishment.
Collaborate with other departments, such as front office and maintenance, to ensure seamless operations.
Train and mentor new team members, providing guidance on best practices and company policies.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in housekeeping supervision or a related field, with a minimum of 3 years of experience.
Strong knowledge of cleaning procedures, safety protocols, and quality control measures.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple responsibilities.
Familiarity with hotel management systems and software applications is an asset.
Any graduate degree from a recognized institution.
