We are looking for a Housekeeping Head... Oversee the cleanliness, maintenance, and upkeep of our corporate office premises. The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to ensure a clean and healthy environment for our employees and visitors. Key Responsibilities: 1. Supervise and manage the housekeeping team to ensure impeccable cleanliness and maintenance of office premises. 2. Develop and implement effective cleaning schedules, protocols, and procedures. 3. Conduct regular inspections to ensure high standards of cleanliness and maintenance. 4. Manage inventory of cleaning supplies, equipment, and consumables. 5. Train and mentor housekeeping staff to enhance their skills and performance. 6. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations. 7. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations. Requirements: 1. Minimum 5+ years of experience in housekeeping management, preferably in a corporate setting. 2. Diploma or degree in Hospitality and retail showroom, Housekeeping or a related field. 3. Proven leadership and team management skills. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Ability to work independently and make decisions. 6. Knowledge of cleaning protocols, procedures, and equipment.
