Key Responsibilities: - Supervise and manage the housekeeping team to maintain impeccable cleanliness in the office premises. - Develop and implement effective cleaning schedules, protocols, and procedures. - Conduct regular inspections to uphold high standards of cleanliness and maintenance. - Manage inventory of cleaning supplies, equipment, and consumables. - Train and mentor housekeeping staff to enhance their skills and performance. - Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations. - Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations. Requirements: - Minimum 5+ years of experience in housekeeping management, preferably in a corporate setting. - Diploma or degree in Hospitality, retail showroom, Housekeeping, or a related field. - Proven leadership and team management skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and make decisions. - Knowledge of cleaning protocols, procedures, and equipment.
