Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Housekeeping Manager to lead and manage our housekeeping operations at CARE Hospitals, Banjara Hills. The ideal candidate will ensure a high standard of cleanliness, infection control, and hygiene across the hospital premises, contributing directly to patient satisfaction and quality compliance. Key Responsibilities: Supervise day-to-day housekeeping operations across all clinical and non-clinical areas Ensure compliance with NABH, NABL, Nursing Excellence and Infection Control protocols Maintain BMW (Biomedical Waste) management as per hospital and regulatory standards Develop and implement SOPs for various housekeeping functions and regularly train the team Monitor linen and laundry services , ensuring timely and hygienic processing Conduct regular audits and inspections of high-risk and critical care areas Maintain staff rosters , manage manpower planning, hiring, and performance evaluation Coordinate with the facility team and vendors for maintenance and supply chain requirements Participate in internal and external quality audits , ensuring zero non-conformities for HK department Track patient satisfaction index (PSI) related to cleanliness and take corrective actions proactively Manage housekeeping inventory and ensure cost-effective procurement and usage Handle grievance redressal from patients and departments concerning HK services Ensure timely MIS reporting and documentation for compliance and internal review Preferred Qualifications: PG Diploma in Hotel Management or MBA in Hospitality / Facility Management Prior experience in managing a team of 100+ staff in a healthcare environment Knowledge of infection control protocols , BMW guidelines , and hospital audit processes Proficiency in staff training, SOP preparation, and quality benchmarking Strong interpersonal, team leadership, and vendor management skills
