Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and dedicated Housekeeping GSA to join our team at The Fern Sattva Resort in Polo Forest. This role is suitable for candidates with 0-2 years of experience.

Roles and Responsibility
  • Ensure high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in guest rooms and public areas.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding promptly to their needs and resolving any issues professionally.
  • Maintain accurate records of housekeeping activities, including inventory management and staff supervision.
  • Develop and implement effective cleaning schedules to ensure all areas are maintained to the highest standard.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as front office and maintenance, to ensure seamless operations.
  • Identify and report any maintenance or repair issues to the appropriate personnel.
Job Requirements
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with people from diverse backgrounds.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results.
  • Familiarity with hotel industry standards and protocols is an advantage.
  • Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for long periods.
  • Basic knowledge of cleaning procedures and protocols is required.
