🔍 Key Responsibilities

✔ Clean and maintain guest rooms and bathrooms daily

✔ Change bed linen, towels, toiletries and room amenities as per standards

✔ Maintain cleanliness of common areas, corridors and lobby

✔ Handle guest requests politely and promptly

✔ Keep housekeeping trolley, linen and equipment well-organised and stocked

✔ Report any maintenance or repair issues to the supervisor

✔ Follow hygiene, safety and SOP guidelines at all times

✔ Maintain guest privacy and confidentiality

🧠 Skills & Requirements

Minimum 1+ year experience in housekeeping

room cleaning standards & linen handling

guest etiquette & behaviour

🔹 Physically fit and able to handle housekeeping duties

🔹 Ready to work in shifts as per resort operations

🎯 Preferred Background

resorts, 4-star / 5-star hotels, luxury villas, hospitality staffing agencies
