Housekeeping Associate

Key ResponsibilitiesGuest Room Cleaning & Maintenance

• Clean, sanitize, and prepare guest rooms according to housekeeping standards.
• Make beds, change linens, replenish amenities, and restock supplies.
• Inspect room condition and report any maintenance issues immediately.
• Ensure prompt completion of room assignments within shift timelines.

Guest Interaction & Service

• Greet guests courteously and assist with basic queries.
• Respond to guest requests for additional amenities or cleaning services promptly.
• Maintain confidentiality and respect guest privacy at all times.

Inventory & Supplies

• Manage housekeeping trolleys and ensure they are fully stocked.
• Use cleaning materials and equipment efficiently and safely.
• Report shortages of linen, amenities, or cleaning supplies to the supervisor.

Safety & Hygiene

• Follow all safety and sanitation protocols as per resort standards.
• Handle chemicals responsibly and comply with Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) guidelines.
• Report any unsafe conditions, hazards, or accidents immediately.

Operational Support

• Assist with laundry operations when required.
• Participate in deep cleaning schedules, festival cleaning, and special housekeeping projects.
• Coordinate with Front Office for room status updates.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
