Job Summary:

The Housekeeping Associate is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, orderliness, and overall appearance of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces. The role ensures that guests experience a comfortable, clean, and welcoming environment during their stay.

Key Responsibilities:

Clean and tidy guest rooms, bathrooms, corridors, and public areas according to hotel standards.
Change bed linens, make beds, and replace towels and amenities.
Replenish guest supplies such as toiletries, coffee/tea, and stationery.
Vacuum, sweep, mop, dust, and polish furniture and fixtures.
Report any maintenance issues, room damages, or lost & found items to the supervisor.
Follow proper chemical handling and cleaning procedures for safety and hygiene.
Ensure cleaning trolleys and equipment are well-maintained, clean, and stocked.
Adhere to hotel security and key control policies.
Respond to guest requests promptly and courteously.
Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines as per hotel policy and local regulations.
Assist in laundry and linen management if required.
