Job Summary: We are looking for a dedicated and reliable Housekeeping Staff member to maintain cleanliness and hygiene in assigned areas. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, take pride in their work, and uphold high standards of sanitation and tidiness. Key Responsibilities: Perform a variety of cleaning activities such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and polishing Ensure all rooms, common areas, and restrooms are cared for and inspected according to standards Replace linens, restock supplies, and manage waste disposal Notify management of any damages, deficits, or disturbances Operate cleaning equipment safely and efficiently Adhere strictly to rules regarding health and safety and be aware of any company-related practices Maintain cleaning inventory and report shortages Assist in laundry duties if required Requirements: Proven experience as a cleaner or housekeeper is preferred Ability to work with little supervision and maintain a high level of performance Customer-oriented and friendly Prioritization and time management skills Working knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies High school diploma or equivalent is a plus Physical stamina and mobility, including the ability to reach, kneel, and bend Work Schedule: [Specify the shift timings, 9 AM – 7 PM ] Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Morning shift Night shift Rotational shift Supplemental Pay: Overtime pay Yearly bonus Shift availability: Day Shift (Preferred) Work Location: In person
