House Manager ( Female )

About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage all household activities and staff (e.g., housekeeping, drivers, maintenance, etc.)
Coordinate pick-up and drop-off schedules for the Managements children (schools, tuitions, extracurriculars, etc.)
Manage grocery procurement, household supplies, and pantry stocking.
Liaise with vendors and service providers for household repairs, maintenance, and utilities.
Supervise driver schedules and vehicle upkeep.
Handle household budgets, petty cash, and record-keeping for domestic expenses.
Plan and coordinate household events or family functions, as required.
Ensure cleanliness, organization, and smooth functioning of the residence at all times.
Accompany or coordinate with the family during travel when required.
Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions.

Requirements:

Gender:

Female (Married preferred)
Location:
Must be from the Tricity area (Chandigarh, Mohali, or Panchkula)
Experience:
Prior experience in household or hospitality management preferred
Skills:
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Strong sense of responsibility and discretion
Ability to multitask and handle day-to-day operational issues independently
Basic computer literacy (for coordination, budgeting, scheduling, etc.)

Availability:
Must be open to travel occasionally, as per the jobs requirement
