Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Kolkata for a House Manager. The House Manager is responsible for overseeing daily household and facility operations, supervising staff, coordinating schedules, and ensuring optimal organization. Additional responsibilities include maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction, managing household inventory, and ensuring the smooth execution of household activities. Managing and providing training to household staff where needed to uphold impeccable service is integral to the role.

Qualifications

• Strong supervisory skills and experience in leading and managing household staff
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with staff and stakeholders
• Experience in training staff to maintain standards and ensure professional growth
• Ability to prioritize and focus on customer satisfaction to deliver exceptional service
• Basic cooking skills and knowledge of dietary preferences may be a plus
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Previous experience as a House Manager or related role is preferred
