Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily upkeep, cleanliness, and smooth functioning of the residence
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers for maintenance and repair
• Monitor household supplies, inventory, and utilities
• Manage external staff as required (e.g., housekeeping, gardeners)
• Ensure safety, security, and operational efficiency of the property
• Handle basic administrative tasks such as bill payments, petty cash, and record-keeping
• Liaise with the main family office or owner for instructions or event support

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Minimum 5–10 years of experience in facility management, hospitality, or administrative roles
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
• Professional communication and a service-oriented attitude
• Familiarity with property management practices and vendor coordination
• Resides in or around Raipur, or willing to relocate (accommodation can be arranged)
• Comfortable working independently and ensuring high operational standards
